socitety's rules are confusing...

This morning, as I was standing in the YMCA dressing room, innocently putting on makeup, one of the YMCA workers (or the "Nude Police" as we call them - long story) told me that I needed to move to another part of the room. Reason: There was a man coming to check the thermostat and I was wearing only panties (very cute with snowflakes) and a bra.

So, it's OK for men to see women with this amount of clothing (or less) if there is a pool nearby, but not in a dressing room? Who decides these things? And aren't there any women who can check thermostats?

PS. It makes me ill to watch Fox & Friends talk about Howard Dean as the possible new leader of the Democratic Party...

PPS. It makes me ill to think about that the Democratic Party cannot come up with a leader who will not go nuts under pressure...

Heh. On Fox & Friends they were saying that he is a bad choice, because if the Democtratic Party move any further to the left, they will lose their moderate voters...

I need to stop watching Fox & Friends. I just love the Cardio Cinema so much...

Oh yeah... the snowflake ones! One of my faves, too, Todd!

And until he got all irresponsible and nutty with his rhetoric after he lost, I sort of admired Howard Dean for winning by standing against the tide. I didn't even think the scream was as big a deal as the press made it out to be.

But at this point, I think he should defintely be your guy.

apparently, if you were at that "whooo" gathering, you wouldn't have thought Dean was acting out of the ordinary because of the vibe/noice level of the place & such. I still don't care for him b/c I think his smile is a little shady but I feel bad for what the media did to him.
I'm also in agreement that the dem party should move towards the left. stop chasing those elusive moderate voters because it didn't seem to work last time.

You know I'm always in favor of moving to the left... Yay for Dean, I guess... ;)
