...well - for my second lunch. I thought that I was getting the "healthy" alternative - Chicken Quesadilla. How wrong I was. I found this really nifty "Taco Bell Nutrition" site where you can calculate the nutritional value of the food on your Taco Bell tray (except - I got it to go, so no tray - but it works just fine without the tray). OK - my lunch was 540 friggin calories - for hardly any food. And 46% of my fat intake for the day. And 65% of my saturated fat intake for the day. Insane!
It'll be a while before I have Taco Bell again. It'll be a while before I have fast food again. Heck, it might even be a while before I have food again... At least several hours.
